Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 July 2026
These terms govern your use of NodeHop (“we”, “us”, nodehop.cc), a planner for cycling routes along the numbered cycle-node networks of Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. By using NodeHop you agree to these terms. Questions: admin@nodehop.cc.
The service
NodeHop lets you plan routes, download them (GPX, Garmin FIT), print cue sheets, and — with Premium — send them to your bike computer and draft them with AI. Planning, downloads and printing are free. We may change or discontinue features over time.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or resell access. Respect the open-data licences of the underlying map and routing data (OpenStreetMap and contributors).
Premium & payment
NodeHop Premium is a prepaid pass, not a subscription. You buy a block of months (3–18) up front at a flat €3.99 per month in a single one-time payment. It does not auto-renew and there is nothing to cancel; access simply ends when the months you bought run out, unless you buy more. Buying again while active extends your access.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for these purchases. Paddle handles billing, payment methods and applicable taxes; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Prices are shown before you pay and may be presented in your local currency.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Ride responsibly — no warranty
Routes and instructions are provided for guidance only, on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. Map and routing data can be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for your own safety: obey traffic laws, watch the road, and use your judgement — don’t rely solely on a screen. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodeHop is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on any route.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can’t be limited under the mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
